After completing an intensive mentorship with a well-known TV personality and real estate expert, I founded KP Holdings in 2023. Our mission is clear: to offer an ethical and reliable alternative for individuals facing difficult circumstances and unable to sell their properties through traditional channels. Despite the steep learning curve and the investment in top-notch mentors, my journey into real estate was mostly self-taught, driven by a dedication to integrity in an industry often clouded by greed and dishonesty. Within a few months, the prevalence of unethical practices in the industry highlighted the urgency of our mission. Hello, my name is Nicole, and in 2021, I embarked on a transformative journey that dramatically reshaped my life—I embraced Christianity. This profound shift not only liberated me from the conventional 9-5 matrix but also steered me toward a new calling as an investor, fueled by a newfound sense of purpose.

The exploitation of vulnerable individuals has always disturbed me deeply. I've consistently stood for justice and righteousness, but it wasn't until I found my faith in Christ that I began to truly prioritize the welfare of others above my own. This spiritual awakening has unveiled a new mission for me: to use my knowledge and skills in real estate to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
